Unknown male using a forged replica of an ATM card withdrew several hundred dollars from three different Flagstaff Bank of America ATMs between March 16th and 18th. The victim, living in another city, retains her actual ATM card. Flagstaff Police Department Report number 2009-06381.

Credit Card Theft-FPD

On 050509 a male suspect entered the Woodlands One Stop located at 2325 S Woodlands Village Blvd, Flagstaff AZ. The suspect passed a forged 100 dollar bill and left the scene. Report number 2009-09948

On Wednesday, 01-20-10 at 2:21 PM, an unknown, heavy set, Native American male entered the Wells Fargo Bank on North Fourth Street.  The male did not display a weapon, but demanded the money from the teller.  He was wearing a Carhart type jacket, a red backpack and an Anaheim Angels hat.  The subject left on foot, heading south from the bank.

Cameron Sequeira was last seen Saturday night June 26, 2010 on Bluebird Circle

in Forest Lakes Arizona. His clothing description is unknown at this time but family

reports he is usually wearing some type of shorts and combat work boots. His hair is

short above the ears, long in the back with long sideburns and a beard. He is possibly

carrying a black in color school type backpack.

Missing Person CCSO

Sometime between Thursday April 21st and Sunday April 24th, Unknown suspect(s) broke into a residence in the 1800 block of Second Ave. Evidence shows the suspect(s) may have come back to the house on several occasions during this time frame. Flat Screen Televisions and other electronic devices were stolen.


On April 24th the residents returned home and found the house filled with smoke. The suspect(s) attempted to light several fires within the residence.

Burglary/Arson FPD

On 04/09/11 an unknown suspect(s) fired multiple shots into the Delta Chi Fraternity house located at 318 S Humphreys St. Several residents had heard gunshots at around 3:45 A.M. that morning, but did not report it until the bullet holes were discovered at 10:30 A.M.. The following Evening at about midnight, a fraternity member was robbed at gunpoint behind the Delta Chi house near the alleyway between the house and the Arizona State Credit Union. These incidents may not be drug related.


As of now the Flagstaff Police Department does not having any leads in these two incidents.

Armed Robbery FPD

On 04/14/2011 a Honda ATV was left unsecured in a parking lot located at 1001 N 4th St. The ATV was taken sometime during the evening.

Stolen ATV FPD

On 5/9/11 at 12:39, this man entered the Chase Bank, lifted his shirt to display a black semi-auto handgun tucked in his waistband and warned the teller not to trip the silent alarm. He then demanded the money in her drawer.


SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: W/M in his thirties, 6 tall, thin build with a sparse beard, wearing a brown t-shirt and black pants. He was carrying a black semi-auto handgun.

Armed Robbery FPD

The Coconino County Sheriffs Office is requesting assistance from the public in identifying suspects who committed a residential burglary in the Davenport Lake / Deer Park community of Williams AZ.


Between May 17th and May 24th of 2011 unknown suspect(s) burglarized a residence in a rural area just east of Williams AZ and stole several items from the residence. Approximately 18 firearms and 2 all terrain vehicles were stolen from the residence.


The all terrain vehicles are described as follows. A red colored 1997 Polaris Sportsman 500 Quad. A green cammo colored 2007 Polaris Ranger with an enclosed cab and a bed.
